Fantastic Suite and Location

helpful stafffull kitchen

The staff stored our bags before check-in very kindly. The room included all necessities for cooking since it had a full kitchen. Grocery stores surrounded the hotel making it very convenient for buying food.

The ongoing building work created some noise . I wish I had been aware of that before.

The check-in process was efficient and the staff provided helpful suggestions for local dining. Staff resolved issues quickly and were always available. The concierge assisted with directions to nearby attractions very well.

some issues with cleanliness and extra charges

sticky floorsparking charge

i was not thrilled with the state of cleanliness in my room the floors felt sticky and i noticed some dust buildup in corners. also i was surprised to discover a parking charge on my bill i hadn't been informed about this at check-in and it was a real hassle to sort out. the reception didn't seem to know much about it either it took multiple calls and emails to get any clarity. this lack of communication about extra fees is pretty frustrating

i appreciated the full kitchen in the suite. it included a dishwasher and a stove. a washer and dryer was also in the suite.. that was very convenient. the hotel is centrally located near a family restaurant, cobs, and starbucks.

my king suite was not a king. it was two single beds pushed together, uncomfortable. the room seemed very worn out.

Breakfast is not included with the room rate. However, Moxie's Restaurant is conveniently located on-site, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, there are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. Each suite also features a fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook. A grocery store is just a block away on Davie Street.
